Congratulations, online shoppers, you collectively bought 100,000 lunchboxes over the past two days in the US, which might be the most surprising statistic from Amazon's braggadocios announcement today. Those massive lunchbox sales helped Prime Day become Amazon's largest shopping event ever, surpassing Black Friday and Cyber Monday combined, the company claims. Prime Day normally lasts for just one day, but Amazon upped the ante this year by extending it to two days (July 16th through July 17th). Amazon Prime Day kicks off on Monday, July 16th and will last through July 17th. With many people eagerly awaiting what deals will be available, some manufacturers are cluing us in early on how far they will be discounting products to make the occasion. The latest is Razer, which is promising up to a 40 percent savings on its gaming devices and accessories.
