Kribibench v1.1

For this next batch of tests, we ran Kribibench v1.1, a 3D rendering benchmark produced by the folks at Adept Development

Kribibench v1.1
3D Modeling And Rendering sans the GPU

Kribibench is an SSE aware software renderer.  A 3D model is rendered and animated by the host CPU and the average frame rate is reported.  We used two of the included models with this benchmark: a "Sponge Explode" model consisting of over 19.2 million polygons and an enormous "Ultra" model that is comprised of over 16 billion polygons.

The Sponge Explode Model test had the Systemax Sabre posting the highest results, with the reference X6800 test bed trailing by a fraction of a FPS.  Once again, the closest Athlon based competitor was a the Voodoo Omen, which trailed the Sabre by 1 full FPS.

With the Ultra Model test, the Sabre and X6800 reference machine were tied at 1.97FPS.  The E6700 was slightly slower at 1.82 FPS while the fastest AMD based machine just eked past 1.5FPS.
