Matthew got into PCs after trying to run Skyrim on his extremely slow Toshiba Satellite laptop, and ever since he's been hoarding (or "buying") expensive PC parts he doesn't really need. He's written articles for Tom's Hardware, Digital Trends, XDA, and a few other publications since 2018, writing primarily about PC gaming, datacenter hardware, benchmarking, and component reviews. He also has a degree in history and linguistics from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
