Earlier this month, we reported that GPD was looking to launch a follow-up to Win 2 handheld gaming PC. Tentatively dubbed the Win 2 Max, the new device was rumored to be powered by an AMD Ryzen APU instead of the previous Intel Kaby Lake-based Core m3-Y730. Now we've seen evidence that seemingly confirms that the handheld device will feature a Ryzen APU -- more specially, it uses the Ryzen Embedded V1605B. Compared to the Core m3-Y730, we should expect a significant improvement in performance, especially on the graphics front.
