Lenovo ThinkPad 25 Anniversary Edition Review: Retro Style, Modern Performance

To test the graphics firepower of our review unit we fired up 3DMark and used the Cloud Gate and Sky Diver tests to see how the machine ranked. Sky Diver is the more strenuous of the pair of 3DMark tests we run, Cloud Gate is up first with Sky Diver next.

As you can see the ThinkPad 25 Anniversary Edition topped our current rankings in Cloud Gate and Sky Diver making this a machine that anyone looking for some light-duty gaming capability in an ultrabook might want to consider. It's worth noting that the graphics driver that was installed out of the box on our test machine was called out as unapproved by the 3DMark software. This could account for the ThinkPad 25 AE handily trouncing the HP Spectre x360 15 we tested previously that has the same CPU and GPU inside.
