Proof of this exists in Vizio's new V-Series 50-inch class (49.5-inch diagonal) Smart TV, which is available for just $319 on Amazon right now. The V-Series is the most affordable line among Vizio's new 2019 4K HDR Smart TV collection, which it just announced yesterday. For those who have more coin to spend, the lineup also entails new M-Series and P-Series additions. Make no mistake, though, the V-Series is not an afterthought among... Read more...

For those that liked the style and functionality of the Surface Headphones, but were put off by its price, we've got some good news for you. The Microsoft Store is currently discounting the headphones by $100, which means they now ring up at just $249.99. That's still a bit on the high side, but puts it more in line with comparable cans from Beats (among other entries in the over-the-ear headphone... Read more...

Solid State Drive (SSD) prices are falling, which is good news for consumers. As seen in our review of WD Blue SN500, prices for NVMe PCIe SSDs are coming down to the 13 cents/GB range with superior performance than what's available with garden variety SATA SSDs. Even more promising is the fact that 512GB and 1TB SSDs are expected to dip down even further to 10 cents/GB mark before the close of 2019. But for those that need a new SSD right now, we're got a roundup of some incredibly cheap NVMe PCIe SSDs that won't break the bank, and will still give you a significant performance advantage over traditional HDDs, or even SATA SSDs. The following NVMe PCIe SSDs available from Amazon... Read more...
The launch of the Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL smartphones this week was no surprise. The devices had been leaked and rumored for months ahead of becoming official. The devices launched starting at $399 for the 3a and $479 for the Pixel 3a XL. Google wants to woo iPhone users to the Android side with these new smartphones, and is offering some trade-in deals on that could put some cash back in their pocket if they switch. It's hard to imagine owners of high-end devices like the iPhone XS Max moving to a mid-range device, but stranger things have happened. The trade deal for the iPhone XS Max is worth $610 if your device is in good shape. Traders with that deal could get a Pixel 3a XL... Read more...
