Company of Heroes 3 has the new Radeon RX 7800 XT cards going head-to-head with the GeForce RTX 4070, while the Radeon RX 7700 XT dukes it out with the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti. All of the cards are plenty fast for this game, however, which puts up triple-digit framerates at both resolutions, with minimums well past 60 FPS.

Next up, we’ve got some benchmark scores from Far Cry 6, the latest installment in the storied franchise. Like its predecessors, Far Cry 6 is a fast-action shooter set in an open world environment with lush visuals and high graphics fidelity. The game is set on the fictional Caribbean island of Yara, ruled by dictator "El Presidente" Antón Castillo, famously played by actor Giancarlo Esposito. We tested all of the graphics cards here at multiple resolutions using Ultra Quality settings to see how they handled this AAA title.

Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is an action-adventure game where you play as Star-Lord and lead the rest of the Guardians from mission to mission. The game’s minimum requirements call for a Radeon RX 570 or GeForce GTX 1060-class GPU, but it also supports some of the latest graphics technologies, including DXR and DLSS.

With ray tracing enabled in this game, the GeForce RTX 4070 significantly outruns the new Radeon RX 7800 XT cards and the 7700 XT at both resolutions. The 7800 XTs, however, are able to overtake the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti at 1440p, albeit by a small margin.

Returnal tells a similar story to Guardians Of The Galaxy. In this game, the Radeon RX 7800 XT cards and the 7700 XT trail the RTX 4070 and 4060 Ti at 1080p, but they are able to overtake the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti at 1440p. Ultimately, the Radeon RX 7800 XT cards finish well head of the 4060 Ti, but behind the 4070, while the 7700 XT finishes right on top of the 4060 Ti.
Enabling DLSS, XeSS, or FSR in Returnal results in a significant framerate boost, but it doesn't change the standings, with the Radeon RX 7800 XT cards and the 7700 XT slotting in just behind the GeForce RTX 4070 and 4060 Ti.
F1 2022 Benchmarks
F1 2022 is Codemaster’s latest Formula One racing simulation, and like previous version of the game, it sports impressive visuals. This latest addition to the franchise supports DirectX 12 with ray tracing, and it incorporates support for a number of AMD's FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) and NVIDIA technologies (like DLSS). We tested the games with its Ultra High graphics preset, with ray-tracing and TAA enabled at a couple of resolutions to see what the graphics cards could do.
F1 2022
With DLSS or FSR 2 enabled, we once again see significant increases in performance, which slightly tweaks the rankings. The Radeon RX 7800 XT cards land just behind the GeForce RTX 4070, while the 7700 XT slide in behind the RTX 4060 Ti. All of the higher-end cards are putting up smooth, triple-digit framerates though.
Cyberpunk 2077 Benchmarks
Cyberpunk 2077 is based on the Cyberpunk tabletop role-playing game franchise. The tabletop game was published for the first time in 1988, and the intervening 30-some years have not changed the game world all that much. As a result, Cyberpunk 2077 looks somewhat retro-futuristic, as this is how people in the 1980s imagined what the future would look like. The game make use of virtually every advanced DirectX graphics technologies, features like DLSS, FSR and XeSS, and after a somewhat rocky release, it has been significantly updated and optimized for a multitude of hardware configurations...
Cyberpunk 2077
With DLSS of FSR enabled in Cyberpunk, things change quite a bit. Without any frame generation, the GeForce RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 Ti end up pulling further ahead of the Radeon RX 7800 XT cards and the 7700 XT. And with frame generation enabled on the RTX 40-series cards, they simply outclass every other card we tested.
