Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Review: It's Hot Hardware

To get a feel for how graphics performance on the Galaxy Note 4 compares to other devices, we used GFXBench, which has been one of our standard graphics performance benchmarks for a while. In order to ensure Vsynch and resolution isn’t a limiting factor, we will compare offscreen test results. We also used Futuremark's 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited benchmark.

The Galaxy Note 4 put up some of the best scores we've seen in this benchmark as well. The iPhone 6 offered a slight higher framerate, but the Note 4's fillrate performance was off the charts.
Using the Unlimited version of 3DMark Ice Storm also puts the iPhone 6 Plus out in front slightly, but the Note 4 was clearly the fastest of the Android-based devices we tested.
