Bad Company 2 is a wildly popular first person shooter that is the latest game in the Battlefield series. It features DX11 and can be brutally demanding on graphics cards, especially with eye candy turned up. With a resolution of 2560 x 1600, 8X MSAA, 16X Aniso, and all settings on high, we used FRAPS to monitor frame rates as we played through a chase scene within the game that featured snow, trees, gunfire, and explosions. |
Even at high resolutions, Bad Company 2 was playable with every setting maxed out. Here we find Gigabyte's Super Overclock in the lead with an average frame rate of 36.2 FPS, followed closely by the HIS Turbo X and MSI Lightning at 35.9 and 35.3 FPS respectively.
