Samsung has recently made available it's first hybrid hard drives with the introduction of the MH80 series. Tech News World reported that the hybrid drives, sporting either 128Mb or 256Mb of OneNAND flash memory, will come in 80Gb, 120Gb, and 160GB sizes. Western Digital has finally released their first hard drives based on perpendicular drive technology.
