Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 Pro With Built-In Projector Review

To get a feel for how graphics performance on the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro compares to other devices, we used GFXBench, which has been one of our standard graphics performance benchmarks for a while. GFXBench is a cross-platform OpenGL ES 3 graphics benchmark that is designed to measure graphics performance, render quality, and power consumption of a device and compare it to other devices. In order to ensure Vsynch and resolution isn’t a limiting factor, we will compare offscreen test results. We also used Futuremark's 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited benchmark.

GFXBench recently received an update that eliminated the fps score from the T-Rex offscreen test. As a result, we can’t compare our results to previous reviews. By using the app’s built-in comparison tool, we can see that the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro struggled in comparison to other tablets currently available.

In the 1080p Fill Offscreen test, the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro earned a spot in the middle of our comparison chart.

Using the Unlimited version of 3DMark Ice Storm, the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro earned respectable scores. It’s overall Ice Storm score ranks fifth while the Physics test gives the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro third place in our comparison chart.
