Corsair Memory, Etymotic Isolater Earphones and Much More
Good morning friends, welcome back to HotHardware. I am pretty short on time this morning, so we are going to cut the chit-chat to a minimum. However, this does not mean we are going to skimp on the news... ;)
Corsair TWIN2X1024-5400C4PRO @ Viper Lair
"Corsair has earned a reputation as makers of fast and reliable ram, and
this tradition continues from past ram formats and into DDR-2. While not
earth shattering, performance-wise today, DDR-2 is forward thinking as Intel
scales their clock speeds, and the TWIN2X Pro Series is up to the task."
Etymotic ER-6 Isolator Earphones Review @ CoolTechZone
"Audiophiles want not only the best speaker sets, but also the best pair of earphones and headphones for their portable enjoyment. The high demand from these enthusiasts and the commoners has led to the production of numerous high-end models that are produced by unlimited manufactuers. The enthusiast community, whether it is in computer hardware components or in audio, determines the strength and the path of the product and the market segment while being a rather small group when compared to average consumers. What we, as audiophiles, want in a pair of earphones or headphones is the highest possible quality of music. We want everything to be perfect and even want our earphones to outperform our speaker sets. And thanks to the advancement of technologies in this field, it is now possible to reproduce sounds in the best shape possible in these little wonders. "
GlobalWin Jefi Water Cooling "Aquarium" @ A True Review
"Today's water cooling systems are simple and consistent in design. Generally, a system consists of a radiator, reservoir, pump, and waterblock. The working principal is that water conducts the heat from the waterblock which in turn is absorbed from the CPU. Then the water moves to the radiator for cooling. In addition, as the radiator absorbs the water's heat, fans cool the radiator. For the most part, this design works very well. Then again, there has never been a radically different design to compare it to. Rather than going with the flow, no pun intended, GlobalWin has decided to not use the standard radiator design in their new water cooling system, the Jefi."
AudioBUG AB-250 FM Wireless Transmitter Review @ FutureLooks
"This ingenious little device will enable you to play your music wirelessly to any FM radio receiver. Read on for more details..."
Shuttle SB81P and SB83G5 XPC Systems @ GamePC
"Today at GamePC, we've taken a look at two new small form factor systems from Shuttle, the SB81P and SB83G5. Both systems feature support for Intel Socket-775 Pentium 4 processors, PCI Express X16 graphics, and Serial ATA/150 RAID functionality. We compare these two systems in terms of design, thermals, and performance to see which system is the greater of the two."
Gigabyte GA-8GPNXP Duo @ Bjorn3D
"Of course, companies like Gigabyte like to get in on the action in the enthusiast market. It's the area where margins are higher and where a company can really get noticed. To that end, Gigabyte developed its flagship 8Sigma line of motherboards. This family of motherboards is billed by Gigabyte as a 'Fusion of Top Innovations', and it features support for Intel's LGA775 Pentium 4 processor, DDR and DDR2 memory, Intel's High Definition Audio, dual gigabit ethernet, and Gigabyte's patented U-Plus D.P.S. eight-phase power circuit. I have been fortunate enough to get my hands on the GA-8GPNXP Duo from the 8Sigma line, and that is what we will be taking a look at in this review."
Time for this guy to get back to work. I will catch you later brothers and sisters :) - Cheers
