As we've seen throughout the multi-threaded tests up to this point, the Core i9-7900X leads the pack here. The Core i7-7740X, once again, performs right about on par with the similarly spec'd Core i7-7700K.

Blender is a free and open source 3D creation suite that can handle everything from modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, even video editing and game creation. The Core i9-7900X continued its winning ways in the Blender benchmark, besting the Core i7-6950X and clearly outpacing all of the Ryzen 7 series processors. The Core i7-7740X and 7700K, once again, finished right on top of each other.
