Xbox Baits GTA 6 Fans With A Series X Stuffed Inside A 5-Foot Alligator

Grand Theft Auto VI is a little over two weeks away and Rockstar isn’t the only company looking to capitalize on the hype. Microsoft’s Xbox gaming division is looking to tap into the frenzy surrounding the game’s impending release by giving fans a chance to win a one-of-a-kind Xbox Series X, which has been stuffed into an alligator and can be described as nothing less than a wild showpiece.

Aptly named the Xbox Series X-Bite, the company says it was based on a simple premise, that being "an alligator swallowed an Xbox Series X whole. And yes, it still works." It’s a celebration of Florida, a state that’s "home to incredible wildlife, unforgettable places, and every now and then, stories you have to see to believe." It also brings with it clear GTA vibes, as can be seen (and heard) in the trailer below:

The lucky winner will need to make room for this wildly custom console, as the alligator measures 5 feet from its snout to its tail. The console itself sits right in the animal’s belly, with the illuminated power button shining through to let you know it’s currently on. Other cool touches include the Xbox logo that acts as its pupils along with an Xbox wireless controller with bite marks that sits in its mouth.

Because the console is completely enclosed within the alligator, you can forget about inserting discs into the device—it’s a digital only experience. It’s very much on brand considering that GTA VI won’t be receiving a physical game release, with retail copies serving as nothing more than a code in the box. However, fans will at least be able to pick up the game’s soundtrack on Vinyl or CD.

If you’d like to win this for yourself then you can enter the sweepstakes by following Xbox’s official account on either X, Instagram or TikTok. Then repost the designated Xbox sweepstakes post along with #XbiteSweepstakes to enter. A winner will be chosen on November 10, good luck!
