We've seen a few hot deals on Smart TVs over the past week, with both 43-inch and 55-inch TCL Roku TV's falling to highly enticing prices at Amazon. Now Amazon is returning the favor with the Insignia NS-50DF710NA19 50-inch Smart TV.

The Insignia 50-inch TV is definitely right up Amazon's alley, as it comes loaded with its own Fire TV interface. That means that you have instant access to Amazon's entire ecosystem of streaming content along with built-in Alexa integration. In addition to Amazon Prime Video, you can also access other popular streaming services like YouTube, Hulu, Showtime, Netflix and HBO.

Getting down to the nitty gritty details, this 50-inch TV has a 4K Ultra HD resolution with HDR support, and includes three HDMI ports (one of which has ARC support). Viewing angles are listed at 178 degrees and there are dual 10W speakers with DTS TruSurround and Dolby audio support. As you might expect with a Smart TV these days, there is a built-in Ethernet port along with 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5). The television comes with an Alexa remote that lets you open apps, change channels, adjust the volume, or even cycle the power with just your voice.

The Insignia NS-50DF710NA19 50-inch Fire TV Edition TV is available right now from either Amazon or Best Buy for $249.99 with free shipping.
