Next up we have some numbers from SPECviewperf v12.1.1, the latest version of the venerable SPEC benchmark as of this article's publication. The entire test suite has been overhauled for this version, including a new extensible architecture that's designed to make SVP easier to customize and adapt for a variety of workloads. The test now includes new medical and energy datasets, updates classic viewsets, and includes a new test for the Autodesk Showcase application.

Workstation Graphics Performance

SPECviewperf includes a variety of tests, which produce significantly different frame-rates, so we've sorted them into two groups to make the results a bit easier to read.

The Quadro P4000 and P2000 performed very well here. Both cards had no trouble dispatching the Radeon Pro WX 7100 across the board in this first batch of tests.

We saw more of the same in the second batch of tests, though the Radeon Pro WX 7100 managed to pull ahead of the Quadro P2000 in the showcase-01 test.
