First-Gen Amazon Echo Fall To Just $29.95 With This Hot Alexa Deal

If you are looking to fill your home with Alexa-powered smart speakers on the cheap, Woot has a deal going on first-gen Amazon Echo devices. The first-gen Echo devices can play music from Amazon Music, Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, and more. The device, of course, responds to spoken commands.

It also supports Alexa calling and supports immersive 360-degree sound. Multiple Echo speakers in the same home can play music across the home with multi-room support. Integrated far-field mics can hear your voice even if music is playing.

Like current-generation Alexa devices, the first-gen Echo unit can control lights, fans, TVs, thermostats, and lots more when compatible devices are connected. Multiple skills are available, and you can add different voices to the device like the Samuel L. Jackson voice we talked about before.

The only caveat with this deal is that the Echo devices are used and listed in good condition. They may have cosmetic blemishes, but Amazon has verified that they work. Given that these are devices that aren't typically handled and sit on a shelf to collect dust, it's not likely that a few blemishes will deter folks. The sale initially had white units offered, but they are sold out. Only black, used-good condition units are left.

Woot will allow users to order up to ten of them at the $29.99 sales price. Amazon fulfills the smart speakers, and users with a Prime account get free Prime standard shipping. The deal is set to last 11 hours or until they sell out. If you want to get the first-gen Amazon Echo at a bargain price, you better take advantage quickly.
