There's not much left to the imagination when it comes to Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S10 family. Today, the veil is being lifted even higher as we get our first glimpse at the UI confirming the existence of the in-display fingerprint reader.

An in-display fingerprint reader has been rumored for Samsung's flagships prior to the launch of the Galaxy S8, but it's finally here with the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+. In the images accompanying this article, we can see some nice real-life shot of the Galaxy S10+, which is identifiable because of its dual selfie cameras.

You can see the fingerprint graphic towards the bottom of the smartphone between the on-screen call and camera buttons. This positioning is similar to other Android flagships like the OnePlus 6T. According to previous reporting, the in-display fingerprint reader is only available on the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ -- the entry-level Galaxy S10e will allegedly have a fingerprint sensor embedded into the power button. We'll have to wait until we get our hands on all three devices to see how they perform in the real world.

As you can see in the other images included here, the Galaxy S10 (it has just a single selfie camera) and Galaxy S10+ were captured in both black and white finishes, and we can clearly see the triple-camera arrangement on the back of both smartphones.

Other features rumored for the Galaxy S10 family include a selfie camera system capable of shooting 4K video at 60 fps, reverse wireless charging which Samsung calls Wireless Power Transfer, continued inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack, and support for Wi-Fi 6.

As for the processor, U.S. models of the Galaxy S10 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, and will be available in the following configurations:

  • Galaxy S10+: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 512GB storage, 12GB RAM + 1TB storage
  • Galaxy S10: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 512GB storage
  • Galaxy S10e: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage

While the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ have been widely covered in the weeks leading up to their official February 20th unveil, we've yet to see the rumored flagship 5G variant. If it is going to be unveiled in two weeks, those leaks need to start happening pronto...
