Gigabyte GA-8I945P Pro Intel 945P Motherboard Review @ PCSTATS:
"Gigabyte's GA-8I945P Pro pairs up the Intel 945P chipset with the Intel ICH7R Southbridge, and supports Intel's new Pentium D dual core processors as well as any other recent LGA775 Intel Pentium 4 processor or Celeron. The Intel 945P chipset does not support the Pentium Extreme Edition dual-core processor however. The motherboard can run at 533MHz, 800MHz and 1066MHZ FSB speed with up to 4GB of dual channel DDR II memory installed. A single PCI Express x16 slot provides the graphical interface."

SFF Roundup, Socket 939 Systems @ Anandtech:
"When we first started work on this roundup, we only had two shipping products (the Shuttle SN95G5 and the Soltek QBIC 3901-300P). We've now added a couple more Shuttle units, the SN25P and the ST20G5, along with the recently launched Biostar IDEQ 330P. We've already taken an in-depth look at the SN95P, and we'll include updated information and performance benchmarks for it in this roundup."
QuakeCon 2005 Day One Coverage @ TheTechLounge:
"QuakeCon officially opened to the public at 8:00 am Thursday morning, and we were there along with hundreds of gamers when the doors opened. Fortunately for us, we didn't have to wait in the BYOC line and were able to enter the convention center before the crowd hit. The sponsor exhibits weren't scheduled to open until two hours later, so we took our time browsing through the isles, checking out some of the more interesting, and well... special... rigs. Since we were some of the first into the center, we were able to play around at NVIDIA's booth before it opened, and before they shoed us away. During this time we were able to play some interesting new games and take some videos without the interruption of the crowds – although there was some mic-checking going on, as you'll hear in the videos later on."
Altec Lansing inMotion iM3 iPod Speaker System Review @ The TechZone:
"The Altec Lansing inMotion iM3 is an updated to the original inMotion, the world's first portable audio system designed exclusively for the Apple iPod. The new iM3 is smaller, sleeker, and add a remote control. This paper-back-sized, ultra-portable, battery-operated stereo system is perfect companion for turning your iPod into a small portable ghetto blaster. A highly efficient Class D amplifier powers four full-range micro drivers to deliver a full spectrum of sound while the MaxxBass technology allows listeners to enjoy deep bass without lugging around a subwoofer. Best of all, connectivity is as easy as placing your iPod or iPod Mini into the built-in dock or connecting it through the auxiliary port."
