Buy An Xbox One, Get Your Choice Of One Free Game Courtesy Of Microsoft

News from the Xbox One camp has been incredibly exciting over the past week. The second place gaming console (behind Sony’s PlayStation 4 for this generation) has gained the ability to play Xbox 360 games natively, stream both Xbox One and Xbox 360 games to a a Windows 10 PC, and has even gained an epicly cool customizable controller (albeit one that costs $150). And we can’t forget that Microsoft has introduced a new 1TB Xbox One SKU for $399 while dropping the “old” 500GB console permanently to $350.

Xbox One Free Game Promo

If that wasn’t enough, Microsoft is running a new promotion next week that will give anyone that purchases a brand new Xbox One console one free game of their choice (the game has to be priced at $59.99 or less to qualify):

Starting Sunday, June 21 through Saturday, June 27, when you buy any Xbox One, you’ll get to choose any Xbox One game of your choice for free, including the highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Knight launching Tuesday, June 23, and other recent blockbusters such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, from participating retailers in the U.S.

The promotion is only available from “participating retailers” including of course the Microsoft Store. The promotion is applicable to both the 500GB and 1TB consoles, so if you’re in the market for an Xbox One, now is the perfect time to whip out your credit card.
