If you own an Apple Watch Series 3 and haven't yet updated to watchOS 7, we'd suggest that you hold off for now. We say this under good authority given that Apple's latest operating system is running horribly on the Series 3, despite that fact that watchOS 7 went through multiple developer beta releases (and a lengthy public beta) since it was first released shortly after WWDC 2020. Each time a new version of watchOS for the Apple Watch turns up, people get excited about the upcoming new features. Further details have surfaced for the Apple wearable that come from hints in leaked iOS 14 code. The leaked code gives information on new watch faces, sleep tracking, and parental control features for the Apple Watch that are expected to land later this fall.
