It often takes political satire to put situations into perspective, and leave it to the hilarious minds at Saturday Night Live to shining a proper light on North Korea and its involvement in hacking Sony Pictures Entertainment. Actor Mike Myers reprised his role as Dr. Evil, who was none too happy that Kim Jong-un is being lumped together with the world's biggest and most evil super villains. Well, that's one way to grab some attention! As Yahoo looks to reinvent itself under a new CEO, it's trying a few new tricks. And one of those, it seems, it grabbing exclusive rights to provide online access for Saturday Night Live archives. The famed comedy show has been online in various places over the years, but having a complete look at skits from 1975 through today is impressive for sure. It'll include "a library of show clips from the 1975-76 season" right on through today, as well as select SNL musical performances, behind-the-scenes clips, and a selection of dress rehearsal clips. It's the second Sunday in May, which as you all should know, makes today Mother's Day. News is flowing rather slowly, and most of the HotHardware team is spending time with their families, but we wanted to check in any way to wish all of the mother's out there a great day. If you're not a mom--and let's face it, most of you reading this aren't--we also wanted to ask that you give your mom's some extra props for giving birth to a technology fan. Because without you all, there would be no HotHardware.Oh, and just a word of advice. Don't do what Adam Samberg and Justin Timberlake did for their moms today. It's just not right.
