Sapphire Readies AMD Fusion-Powered Edge-HD3 Mini PC
Credit goes to Liliputing for discovering the FCC page, which seems to have to have disappeared, but not before a few specs and several pictures could be pulled from the site. According to the original listing, the Edge-HD3 Mini PC supports up to 4GB of RAM and up to 500GB of hard drive storage via a single 2.5-inch drive bay. It also features 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, GbE LAN, VGA and HDMI video connectivity, onboard audio, two USB 3.0 ports, a pair of USB 2.0 ports, and FreeDOS running the show, though you can also install Windows 7 if you want.
The devices measures 7.6 inches x 5.8 inches x 0.9 inches and weighs a scant 1.2 pounds, plenty small enough to fit inconspicuously into your home theater rack. Pricing and other details have yet to be announced.
