Google Pixel 2 And Pixel 2 XL Hot Refurbished Deals Available For As Little As $360
If you're looking for a fast Android flagship with fast OS update availability, but don't want to pay $800 or more for a current-generation model, Amazon has you covered. The online retail giant, through its Woot subsidiary, is selling refurbished versions of the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL at steep discounts (read the HotHardware review of the phones here).
If you're looking to spend the least amount of money possible, you can get the Pixel 2 (64GB) for only $359.99 for the Just Black color option. If you want Clearly White, you'll have to pay an extra $10. For those that want a larger display, the Pixel 2 XL (64GB) can be yours for $395.99 in Clearly White. The Just Black color option is slightly more expensive at $398.99.
All of the smartphones come unlocked and are backed by a 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee (90 days is the bare minimum; some devices might still be backed by a factory warranty). Either way, if you have any issues during that time period, Amazon has you covered. So, what exactly does the "Amazon Renewed Guarantee" entail? The retailer writes:
A Renewed supplier who is Amazon-qualified and performance managed, performs a full diagnostic test, replaces any defective parts, and thoroughly cleans the product. The products will have minimal to no signs of wear, no visible cosmetic imperfections when held 12 inches away, batteries with at least 80% capacity relative to new, and may arrive in a brown or white box with relevant accessories that may be generic.
With that being said, both smartphones come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 12.2MP rear camera, 8MP selfie camera, and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The Pixel 2 includes a 5-inch Full HD AMOLED display covered in Gorilla Glass 5. The Pixel 2 XL ships with a larger 6-inch QHD+ (2880x1440) AMOLED display.
Google's current generation Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are priced at $799 and $899 respectively. You can read the HotHardware review of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL here.
