NVIDIA SHIELD TV Drops To $119 With This Hot Best Buy Deal Via eBay

Update 11/23/18: This deal expired Wednesday night but you have find other good deals on items like Amazon's Fire TV for just $25 and more in our Black Friday Deals Guide and Holiday Gift Guide.

If you're looking for a solid "do everything" Android TV-based media streamer, it doesn't get much better than the NVIDIA SHIELD TV. For starters, the SHIELD TV is a potent 4K streamer that is highly extensible. In addition, NVIDIA has continually updated the console over its lifespan via frequent software updates.

Today, Best Buy -- via its eBay Store -- is selling the SHIELD TV for $139.99. That price is reasonable enough, but eBay is currently running a 15 percent off promotion on anything that you add to your cart (up to a total $100 in savings). By entering the code PICKFAST at checkout (expires 11/21 at 8PM EST), the price for the NVIDIA SHIELD TV drops to $118.99. The SHIELD TV currently on sale is the 16GB version, which comes with a bundled remote control.

We should point out that in order to use the 15 percent off coupon, you'll have to checkout via eBay's Android or iOS app, as it is a mobile-only promotion.

Over the past few months, NVIDIA has updated the SHIELD TV with GeForce NOW support, which allows you to play/stream AAA PC games on your big screen TV without needing a stout gaming PC. In addition, a September SHIELD Software Experience Upgrade added support for 120Hz televisions, and introduced a new companion app for iOS and Android that allows you to easily enter in text with a virtual keyboard instead of poking and prodding with the wireless remote or wireless game controller.

More recently, NVIDIA added deeper integration with Google Home devices thanks to the Google Assistant and added support for Amazon Alexa voice control.
