"Companies like Alienware, VoodooPC, and Monarch Computer have been building systems geared toward gamers for years and now Dell is getting into the mix. One system we have from Dell that falls in this category is the XPS 600 Generation 5 desktop system. It's not their best system by far if you read the specs, but we'll still take it for a spin and see where we end up."
"The Foxconn WinFast 6150K8MA-8EKRS packs a lot of punch into a tiny little package. The lack of DVI monitor and component video outputs does take away from some of the shine that was put on this motherboard by the performance it offers. With that said, I don't think we can hide from the fact that this is one heck of a solid package in the price range it is being offered."
"Sunbeam Tech, a leader in modding accessories and cases, recently rolled out their Trio Gaming Case. What exciting features did they add for the computer hobbyist? How about a built in monitoring panel. Sure, you have seen this in many cases, but instead of only monitoring temperatures and fan speed, Sunbeam's Trio case also monitors sound levels."
"Just as with a typical desktop computer, there are limitations to what certain configurations can achieve, but customizing the hardware and software can enhance the experience to the point where it may threaten the existence of some of your more traditional home electronics components."
"With the innovative mounting solution, high quality, attractive peripherals, good performance and simple mounting systems, Gigabyte has come out with a solid heatsink, something easily recommended for someone looking for decent cooling."
