There's no question that Amazon's Echos are the best-selling smart speakers on the planet. With easy smart home integration, reasonable prices, and numerous form-factors, there's an Echo to fit just about any usage case.

The folks over at Woot, which is an Amazon subsidiary, is currently have a massive blowout sale on the third-generation Echo Dot. The device typically retails for $49.99, and we recently saw it on sale for $29.99. However, Woot is currently selling the smart speaker for an incredibly low $19.99. To make the deal even sweeter, Amazon Prime members get an additional $5 off, taking the total price down to just $14.99 (free shipping for Prime members). You can get it in Charcoal, Sandstone, or Heather Gray.

There is a caveat to this deal, however. These aren't new units – they’re used, meaning that they are likely either returns or devices that were traded in to Amazon. Woot describes the condition of the Echo Dots, writing:

These units have been tested and verified internally by Amazon to meet the specified product condition, but may have cosmetic blemishes. The units may be repackaged and sold in a brown box.

While the condition might be more of a concern with something you're interacting by hand all day long (i.e. your smartphone), it's probably less of a concern for something like an Echo Dot that is going to sit on a shelf or a counter, never to be touched again once it's initially setup. So, in this case, we'd gladly take the savings and run with it.
