Black Friday is looming just weeks away, but that doesn't mean that there aren't deals to be had right now. Earlier this morning, we reported that Dell has pulled the wraps off a number of early Black Friday deals, and now Amazon is chiming in with discounts of its own (up to $80 off).

The first device getting a massive discount is the second-generation Echo, which normally retail for $119.99. However, right now the smart speaker is on sale for $69.99, which represents a hefty $50 discount. If you need even more premium sound and would like the added benefits of a built-in smart home hub, there's the Echo Plus, which typically retails for $179.99 with a Philips Hue Bulb home starter kit. With today's current sale, Amazon has knocked $60 off the price tag, dropping it down to a more palatable $119.99.

Other Echo hardware on sale include the Echo Dot, which has a regular price of $49.99, but is currently on sale for $20 off, making it $29.99. Unfortunately, the deal that was running late last month that would get you an Echo Dot plus a month of Amazon Music Unlimited for $8.99 is dead and buried... bummer.

For those looking for a smart home device with a display attached, perhaps the second-generation Echo Show 10 is more to your liking. The device typically retails for $260 with a Philips Hue Bulb, but is on sale today for $179.99. For those that need a smaller display -- perhaps to put on a nightstand -- there's the Echo Show 5. The regular price of this diminutive smart display is $89.99, but can be had now for $59.99.

We should mention that all of these devices come with free standard shipping, and for Amazon Prime members, you can get free two-day shipping (or free next-day shipping depending on your location).
