The Trump administration recently announced that it has reached a deal with Chinese telecommunications company ZTE Corporation. This deal would reduce the sanctions placed on the corporation and eventually allow American companies to provide exports to ZTE. However, both Democrats and Republicans in Congress believe that this deal could potentially compromise national security.
