With October nearing its end and November just around the corner, that means everyone will be gearing up for the holidays. It also means that Black Friday is creeping up fast on those looking to score a deal. Retailers will be wasting no time and ads for this year's deals have already started to leak. Costco's Black Friday ad has turned up, and it looks like this year will be big for tech fans looking for new TVs, game consoles, laptops, and tablets for themselves or as Christmas gifts. One of the best deals Costco's ad has is on a Dell XPS 13 4K UHD touchscreen laptop with a $500 discount. That machine has an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. However, the... Read more...
One of the biggest smartphone launches so far this year has been the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. When the smartphone went on sale last week, we ran down some of the best deals that you can get on the smartphone from all the major carriers. The thing that they all had in common was that you were tied to a contract with the carrier to get the discount. Costco has stepped in and is offering one of the better deals on the Note 9 that's going right now if you don't want a contract. Walmart will also have several games marked down to $27 each, compared to their... Read more...
For racing fans desiring a more realistic gaming experience, two things are a must: a steering wheel and a trio of larger monitors. Past that, some have even opted for a legit racing seat - some with built in vibrations. Of course, this is all expensive, but it's the price that some pay to get an experience that's just not realistic in real-life for most people. However, with a new option given to us by Costco, of all places, it's hard to look at those previously-mentioned setups the same way again. For a mere £89,999.89 ($137,000 USD), you could own a racing simulator built around a full-sized Formula 1 car. We're talking a realistic chassis, real Pirelli slicks, and a lack of a stepped... Motorola has made big claims for its upcoming Atrix 4G smartphone, calling it the world's most powerful smartphone. Indeed, the Atrix 4G has impressive specs, but many have expected that power to come at a price. Now that pricing details have leaked for the Atrix 4G, you may be pleasantly surprised or you may be disappointed, depending on what you were expecting to see from this smartphone. According to a (now unavailable) Amazon product page and a Costco inventory screen, the high-end Atrix 4G smartphone could be available for as little as $150. That's a terrific price, considering most of today's high-end smartphones have a customary launch price of $199. There's a catch, however: the accessories... Read more...
