Galaxy S4, Bruno Mars Help Kick Off Rollout of Samsung Experience Shops in Best Buy
Do you think Best Buy and Samsung might be excited about the launch of Samsung Experience Shops in Best Buy locations across the nation? To celebrate the launch of the Samsung Experience Shop, the two companies hired Bruno Mars to attend the grand opening of their newest location in New York's Union Square Best Buy store to mark the beginning of a rollout that will see these shops within a store installed in more than 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile locations across the U.S.
In addition to hiring Bruno Mars to put on a concert, Samsung treated consumers to early access to its Galaxy S4 smartphone, which officially launches this Saturday (April 27, 2013).
"Samsung Experience Shops are beginning to open just in time for the official launch of the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4. This leading-edge smartphone arrives in the U.S. starting Saturday, April 27. On launch day, shoppers can line up at Samsung Experience Shops nationwide to experience the device’s suite of innovations that will change how consumers interact with a smartphone and deliver an experience that enhances everyday activities and is safe for work," Samsung said. "The Galaxy S4 uniquely makes advanced technologies and features easy to use by integrating them into the way individuals use their phones every day."
Samsung's full range of mobile products, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, connected cameras, and accessories, will all be on display at these specialty shops within Best Buy. The largest of these shops will occupy 460 square feet of floor space and will include a Samsung Connected Solutions area to demo various features, such as being able to share content from one device to another.
