AT&T Grabs HTC Surround 7 With Windows Phone 7
It has one of the most subtly unusual designs of a phone to date (smartphone, anyway), and includes 576MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 3.8" touch panel (800x480 resolution), a quad-band GSM radio, Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi a 3.5mm headphone jack, micro-USB port, and a 5MP auto-focus camera. It also has 720p video recording, a 1230mAh removable battery, motion G-sensor, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor. Finall, the inclusion of Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound should keep things sounding great, too. That explains the slide-out speaker, of course.

Pricing for this will be $199.99 on a 2-year contract on AT&T, while Telus in Canada is expected to get it soon as well. An exact release date has yet to be shared.
