AT&T Beefs Up 4G LTE Portfolio with Quartet of Samsung Galaxy Devices
The 4G LTE options on AT&T’s network just got a little deeper and more diverse with the addition of four new Samsung Galaxy devices, and each of the four offer something for specific market segments.
The Galaxy Express is a solid entry-level smartphone with a 4.5-inch AMOLED display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.0, and 5MP camera, while the Galaxy Rugby Pro offers a step up for many business users, featuring a rugged waterproof, dust proof, and shock resistant chassis as well as a 4-inch AMOLED display, with a 5MP back camera capable of 702p HD. It also offers device encryption, EAS corporate email support, and handy push-to-talk capabilities.

On the higher end, AT&T and Samsung are offering the Galaxy Note II; it has a quad core 1.6GHz Exynos chip, huge 5.5-inch display, Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), Samsung’s spate of built-in apps, and of course, the S Pen.
There’s also a tablet in the mix--the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1--which boasts a large display; Samsung’s Media Hub, Smart Remote, and AllShare Play; business features such as on-device encryption and VPN; and a long-lasting 7000 mAh battery.
AT&T says that all four devices will land “in the coming months”.
