Back when the iPhone X launched in 2017, Apple unveiled its AirPower wireless charging mat, which could top off an iPhone, AirPods and an Apple Watch all at the same time. Months passed, a year passed, and Apple eventually announced that AirPower had been canceled due to engineering challenges.
