Tesla Motors knows how to stay in the headlines, be it with the “mainstream” Model 3, the refreshed Model S, or by touting the capabilities of its technology-laden Autopilot system. Elon Musk definitely knows how to keep his automotive company, Tesla Motors, in the news. While promoting his company in a German interview last week, Musk took a few shots at former employees and Apple (he later clarified those statements) and Tesla last last month officially introduced the Model X crossover EV. In top-level trim, the Model X can out accelerate Porsche 911 Turbo, which is no easy feat.
