Totally silent computing isn't exactly the Holy Grail of PC enthusiasts, but it is a worthy challenge that carries just as much geek cred as overclocking. Companies are making it easier to get the job done. Take Sapphire, for instance, which just announced what it claims is the "first totally silent card to embody all of the features of this new generation of products based on the revolutionary new GCN (Graphics Core Next) architecture from AMD."
