It looks as though AMD is not quite finished fleshing out its third-generation Ryzen processor family. We're not talking about the delayed launch of the Ryzen 9 3950X, but the discovery of an unannounced Ryzen 7 3750X CPU plopped within a Product Master list that was briefly viewable by the public. AMD has since taken the Product Master list, dated September 2019, offline after word started to spread about the Ryzen 7 3750X.
