YouTube has been gradually allowing more and more users (which is to say, those with a certain number of followers) use a new livestreaming capability, and today that feature begins rolling out to all YouTube users. In order to access the ability to livestream, you must verify your account with Google and must be a user in good standing. “Good standing” means that you can’t have any Community Guidelines violations, no videos blocked by Content ID, and no copyright strikes.
