Fortunately, Microsoft's roll out of the November 2019 Update for Windows 10 has been far less problematic than some of the previous feature upgrades, based on the number of reported issues we are seeing. The Windows 10 November 2019 Update (version 1909) has already been shuttled to the Release Preview ring, but it looks as though its first deployment to the public is actually coming tomorrow. The Windows 10 November 2019 Update is the direct follow-up to the May 2019 Update (version 1903), which has been problematic over the past several months. Even though the November 2019 Update sticks with Microsoft's cadence of releasing two big Windows 10 feature update per year, there's nothing "major" about version 1909.
