It's not too early to realize that the holidays are upon us, and Dell is preparing for them by introducing two new PCs under $800 today that look to be great candidates for replacing your aging bedroom or apartment rig. The Inspiron One is a new 23" touch panel-based all-in-one PC, while the revised Zino HD makes a good nettop even better. Starting with the One, this one is equipped with a 23" LED-backlit LCD touch screen, an optional quad-core CPU (Athlon II X4) and options for a Mobility Radeon HD 5450 GPU, a Blu-ray drive, and up to 1TB of storage space. The standard model ships with Wi-Fi, a webcam, DVD drive and HDMI port, but the main highlight seems to be the Dell Stage user interface....
