When it rains, it pours. Toshiba took the wraps off half a dozen refreshed and new mobile devices today, including convertible and detachable laptops, Windows tablets, and a bargain-basement Android tablet. The laptops will start dropping in June, followed by the tablets in July, in plenty of time for students gearing up for fall classes. Arriving in June are the Satellite Radius and Satellite Click 2 Pro laptops, both of which have touchscreens and run Windows. Toshiba's back to school line-up which features laptops, tablets, ultrabooks and AIOs will be available on June 24. This lineup includes Toshiba's latest tablets—the Excite 7.7 and Excite 10—as well as the newly announced Satellite U845 and Portégé Z935 ultrabooks. Some of the laptops in the back to school line-up include the economically-priced Satellite L800 and C800 Series as well as the Satellite S800 Series and Satellite P800 Series laptops. Toshiba is planning to launch its new Excite 10 LE tablet on March 6, just one day before Apple is expected to reveal the newest addition(s) to its popular iPad line. The Toshiba Excite 10 LE tablet is a super-thin 10.1-inch tablet that comes with 16GB ($530) or 32GB ($600) of onboard storage. When we saw this tablet at CES2012, it was known as the Excite X10. Now called the Excite 10 LE, this tablet will feature a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 CPU and 1GB of RAM. Measuring just 0.3 inches (7.7mm) thick, Toshiba claims this is the world's thinnest and lightest (1.18 pounds) 10-inch tablet.
