The high end 2-in-1 notebook market is pretty crowded with entrants from Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, HP, ASUS and others. As a result, it's pretty tough to make a convertible laptop that stands out from the rest. Hewlett-Packard is looking to drop the gauntlet in the ultralight business convertible laptop market, and it’s intent to do so with its impressive new EliteBook Dragonfly notebook. HP describes the EliteBook Dragonfly as the world’s lightest device in this category, which is made possible in part due to its CNC-machined magnesium chassis. That strong, yet lightweight material allows the convertible to tip the scales at just 2.2 pounds.
