Smartphones specifically designed for gaming are a relatively new phenomenon in the mobile space, but interest is growing from consumers. One of the first players to enter the market was Xiaomi with its Black Shark, and the company later followed up with the Black Shark Helo this past October. The stakes in the gaming smartphone arena are getting higher as more players enter the field. Razer got the ball rolling with the Razer Phone, and since then we've seen entries from the likes of Xiaomi and even ASUS. Back in April, Xiaomi revealed the original Black Shark gaming phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 6-inch Full HD+ display. Now, the company is teasing the release of the Black Shark 2.
