Verizon Price List Leaked to the Web, Includes Droid 4 Smartphone

Well, well, well, it looks as though a Verizon employee "dropped" a carrier document containing the company's latest MAP (minimum advertised price) list for several make and model smartphones, including Motorola's upcoming Droid 4. Lucky for you, the MAP list was picked up and posted online -- strange how that always seems to happen.

In any event, the Droid 4 is listed at $249, which is the price after a two-year service agreement. The $249 price tag will be valid up until July 10, 2012, though curiously missing is any mention of a release date, something Big Red is apparently still deciding on.

According to Motorola's published spec sheet, the Droid 4 will boast a 4-inch qHD screen (down slightly from the RAZR's 4.3-inch display), 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, support for up to 32GB of removable storage (microSD card slot), 8MP rear-facing camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, slide-out QWERTY keyboard that's edge-lit, and 4G LTE support.
