Samsung Rumored to be Building 'Superior' Successor to Galaxy Nexus
The Superior smartphone is said to feature a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD touchscreen, 1.5GHz dual-core A9 processor, 8MP rear-facing camera, 1.9MP front-facing camera, 16GB of internal storage, and an SD card slot.
It's essentially a Galaxy Nexus device with a few upgrades across the board. If you recall, the Galaxy Nexus boasts the same size screen (sans HD), a slower clocked version of the same processor (1.2GHz), lower quality cameras (5MP on the back and 1.3MP on the front), and no SD card slot.
The Galaxy S III, meanwhile, trumps them both with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1.4GHz quad-core A9 processor, 8MP (rear) and 1.9MP (front) cameras, up to 64GB of internal storage, and an SD card slot.
