MSI definitely didn't infringe on the iMac too much with its NetOn
AP1900 all-in-one PC, but some might say the company's new X-Slim
notebooks bear a strong (maybe too strong) resemblance to Apple's
MacBook Air. Of course, we'd argue that the X340 and X600 both have a
look of their own, but there's no doubt that some similarities exist.
output,
What's definitely different, however, is the processor, the color, the
ports and of course, the operating system. Both computers are loaded
with Intel's ultra-low voltage (ULV) architecture, and the X340 in
particular includes a Centrino Mobile platform, a 13 inch LED-backlit
display, a maximum thickness of just 1.98 centimeters, an HDMIBlu-ray support, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, optional WiMAX and your
choice of Splendid Champagne Gold, Elegant Pearl White and Stylish
Techno Black colors. Not bad for an ultraportable, huh?

The equally stylish X600 has arrived on the scene witha 16:9 widescreen
15 inch display and otherwise shares most of the same components as the
previously described X340. The only problem is that MSI has failed to
divulge a price, so it's hard to say just how tempted we are. If this couple is anywhere close to affordable, though, they'll be hard to hold off on.
