Lenovo's 3D IdeaPad Y560D Notebook Now On Sale
Lenovo is a company we never really expected to hop on the 3D bandwagon, but sure enough, they have become one of the first to ship a 3D laptop. The newest member of the IdeaPad family, the Y560D, just went on sale at the company's website. It's their very first 3D capable notebook, and they didn't skimp on the hardware. There's a 1.6GHz Core i7-720QM processor at the helm, which will provide plenty of power for both everyday computing tasks as well as the occasional game. And then there's Windows 7 Home Premium, along with 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 GPU, 500GB hard drive, a 6-cell battery and a dual-layer DVD burner. There's also Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, JBL speakers and plenty of class.
The machine starts at $1499, though there's obviously the the ability to customize it if you have the cash.
