Leaked Image Shows Verizon-Branded LG Spectrum 4G Smartphone

LG fans will be excited to hear that the successor to Verizon Wireless' Revolution may be on its way. A leaked press shot of the yet-to-be announced LG Spectrum has appeared. Although you can't tell much from the pictures, Pocketnow believes the phone will feature 4G LTE connectivity, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 720p HD resolution display, and an eight megapixel camera. From the leaked press shot, it appears that the camera will protrude from the back of the device. If you're familiar with AT&T's new LG Nitro, this phone appears to be quite similar, albeit branded for Verizon Wireless.

Since the phone has yet to be formally announced, details are rather sparse at the moment. However, there have been rumors around the web that suggest the Spectrum will feature a 4.5-inch display and an ultra-thin design. The phone may also be a global device. With this phone, as well as the RAZR, Rezound, and Galaxy Nexus, Verizon Wireless' winter lineup is shaping up nicely.
