Fast forward to today and HP is still making tablets, but its newest model -- the HP 7 Plus -- takes aim at budget buyers.
Not only does it take aim at penny pinchers, it hits them square in the face with a $99.99 price tag. What can you possibly get for a C-note from a name brand manufacturer?
