Fans of EA games have been able to subscribe to Origin Access for a quite some time. That basic membership costs $4.99 monthly or $29.99 per year. EA will be launching a fancier tier of that service come July 30.

The new tier will be called Origin Access Premiere and it will share the all-you-can-play model that the original service, now to be called basic, plus you get more. An EA Help page reads, "Premier is a new membership tier that gives you access to the latest and greatest EA games before anyone else. You get access to the full game – yours to play whenever you want, for as long as you're a Premier member."

The difference between Premiere and basic is that Premiere subscribers get full, unlimited access to EA games five days before they launch. There is no time limited trial with Premiere and the games are yours to play as long as you pay monthly or yearly. Premier subscribers also get a 10% discount and access to the ever-growing game library of older titles called The Vault.

Subscribing to Premiere means that gamers get access to those AAA titles many are looking forward to like Madden NFL 19, FIFA 19, Battlefield 5, and Anthem. Premiere subscription costs $14.99 monthly or $99.99 per year. If you are a big fan of EA franchises, this might be a great deal. Purchase two of those big games outright and you have spent more than a subscription would cost for the year.
